Queen Mary Charlotte (メアリー・シャロット Mearii-Sharotto) is Queen of England and wife of George III. She was friends with Lia and recognized her when D'Eon was in another disguise.

She is loosely based on Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz.
She was also the first queen of United Kingdom after the unification in 801 and as her title says she was German. In private life she was a botanist and had 15 children, 13 which survived to adulthood.
